ORDER PREPARATION
Our espadrilles are handmade, and we don't keep large stocks.
For this reason, many orders are made specifically for each customer.
• Preparation time: between 3 and 5 business days.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been shipped, the approximate delivery times are:
Spain: 24-72 business hours
Europe: 3-6 business days
Rest of the world: 5-10 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistical issues, holidays, customs, or circumstances beyond La Manual Alpargatera's control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
For shipments outside the European Union, orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees, which must be paid by the customer.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and a valid (mobile) phone number.
