1. IDENTIFICATION AND PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase of products made through the website https://lamanual.com/ (hereinafter, “the Store”), owned by La Manual Inventora S.L., with Tax ID [INSERTAR NIF], and registered office at Calle Arenys 88, local 1, 08035 Barcelona (Spain). Accessing and using the Store implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not make any purchases on our site.

2. PURCHASE PROCESS AND CONTRACT FORMALIZATION

The purchase process is formalized when the user confirms their order and makes the corresponding payment. Once the order is received, La Manual Inventora S.L. will send a confirmation via email. This email constitutes the formal acceptance of the sales contract. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of lack of stock, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

3. PRICES AND TAXES

All prices published in the Store include the VAT (Value Added Tax) currently in force in Spain, unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs will be detailed before completing the purchase process.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without needing justification.

  • Period: 14 days from the receipt of the product.

  • Procedure: The customer must notify their decision via email to shop@lamanual.com.

  • Refund: Once the product is received at our facilities and its condition is verified (in perfect condition and with original packaging), we will proceed to refund the paid amount (including standard shipping costs) within a maximum period of 14 days. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or if the product is defective.

5. WARRANTIES

In accordance with current regulations in Spain, all our products have a legal warranty of 3 years from delivery. In case of non-conformity of the product, the customer may choose between repair or replacement, or, failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the law.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

La Manual Inventora S.L. shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss derived from the use of the Store, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. In no case shall our contractual liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the corresponding order.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

These conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with current Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute, litigation, or discrepancy that may arise between the parties, and provided that consumer protection regulations allow it, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain), waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the exclusive property of La Manual Inventora S.L. or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

We reserve the right to update these Conditions at any time. The applicable version will be the one published at the time of purchase. It is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically.
