Shipping and Returns Policy

1. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments are generally handled via GLS, Correos, or Correos Express, with tracking via SendCloud.

• Timeframes: Mainland Spain (48/72 working hours); Balearic Islands, Portugal, and Andorra (72/96h); Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (96h).

• Conditions: Shipping is not processed on weekends or holidays. The customer must provide a correct address and mobile phone number. In the event of failed delivery attempts, if the package is returned to our facilities, we reserve the right to pass on the additional logistical costs to the customer.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make changes or returns.

• Conditions: The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with its protective elements, and in its intact original packaging.

• Personalized Products: Products manufactured or customized to specific customer requirements (special size, color, material, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned, except in case of manufacturing defects.

3. SHIPPING COSTS AND CUSTOMS

• Changes and Returns: Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

• Exceptions: La Manual Inventora S.L. will cover shipping costs only in the case of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to our company.

• Customs: For shipments from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the UK, and Switzerland, the customer must assume transport costs and customs clearance fees.

4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERRORS

If the product has a defect or does not correspond to the order, you must notify us within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt at shop@lamanual.com, attaching photographs. In these cases, we will manage the exchange or refund at no cost to the customer.

5. PROCEDURE AND REFUND

1. Email shop@lamanual.com indicating your order number and reason.

2. Upon approval, send the product correctly packed to the indicated address.

3. After verifying the product’s condition, the refund will be processed via the same payment method within an estimated period of 14 days.
