SHIPMENTS IN SPAIN:

Shipping and return policy

Shipments will be made within a period of 48/72 working hours, after receiving the order.

You have the Local Pick up option

The estimated time for orders in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Portugal and Andorra, between 72/96 hours after receiving the order.

This means that we will receive your order, and it will take to send it the estimated time that we have already mentioned.

The transport will generally be done by GLS, and the tracking will be done through our SendCloud platform with the tracking number that you receive in the email that we send when your order has already been shipped.

Shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Shipments will be made through GLS, Correos, Correos Express and will cost €30 and will be sent within 96 hours.  In the case of Melilla, the shipping cost will be €39.

In cases of changes or returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must bear the cost of shipping, and the costs of leaving the community (customs clearance)

 Shipments to Balearic Islands

 Shipments to the Balearic Islands will be made through GLS, Correos, or Correos Express

 It will cost €19 and will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving the order.

In cases of changes or returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must bear the cost of shipping, and the costs of leaving the community (customs clearance)

Other Countries

Shipments will be made through UPS, GLS, Correos, Correos Express.

The estimated time for deliveries will be between 72/96 hours after receiving the order.

The shipping costs for returning sizes, changing colors or changing models, must be borne by the customer.  La Manual Alpargatera is responsible for the shipping costs when the espadrilles  has a defect, a manufacturing problem or if we have sent the order incorrectly with respect to the order you have placed.

 Other shipping information:

Personalized espadrilles orders on our online platform do not admit changes or returns.

On weekends and holidays, we do not ship

To avoid incidents in shipments (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.) it is very important to fill in the form correctly, and it is essential to fill in the mobile phone section.

All prices and availability are subject to possible changes without prior notice.

You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice electronically, if you want the invoice on paper, you can contact us and we will send it to you.

In the event that the carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will remain in the transport office for a couple of days.  If it is not claimed or picked up by the customer, the package will be returned to La Manual Alpargatera and we will proceed to make a refund of the amount of your purchase.

Taking into account that the transport derived from the resolution may have an additional cost, we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs.

In the event that we cannot meet the delivery deadlines set due to lack of stock, our customer service will contact you to inform you of this circumstance and we will proceed to confirm the new date of service, change or cancellation of the order with its corresponding immediate refund of the amount of your order.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE 

What you must do to make a change or return of one of our products.

You have to send us the pair you want to change or return and send us a proof of shipment.

After we verify that everything is in order, we will proceed to make the return.  It may take about 14 days from when we receive the product.

Customized products do not accept returns.

It is very important that the espadrilles are not used or damaged, to make any change or return they must be in the same conditions as they were sent.  Please be careful with the product while are in your possession.

Changes must be made in the original package.  The box should not be broken or damaged.

If these requirements are not met, the LMA online store reserves the right not to accept said return.

Deadline to make a change or return.

– If you wish to make a change, or return a product purchased in La Manual online, you have 30 days from the time you receive your order.

– In cases of changes, or returns from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the client must bear the costs of leaving the community (customs clearance)

For changes and returns in the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the customer must bear the costs of transport and exit from the community (customs clearance), our company will only be responsible in case of loss or tare.

Refund:

· The refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used in the purchase.  In an estimated time of 14 days from when we receive the product in our warehouses.
